rapidlogicprois provides restaurant multi-location management software solutions designed to streamline operations, centralise control, and optimise performance across multiple restaurant venues. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Centralised operations management dashboard and tools
- Inventory control and management systems
- Staff management and scheduling solutions
- Analytics and reporting capabilities
- Quality assurance and compliance monitoring
- System integration services and technical support
User Obligations
As a user of our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use our services only for legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you with at least 30 days' notice and will take effect at the next billing cycle.
Data Protection and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Service Availability and Maintenance
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice to users.
Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for any downtime, service interruptions, or data loss that may occur during maintenance or due to technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall rapidlogicprois, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, our services.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless rapidlogicprois and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees).
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Luxembourg, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
The European Union's regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), shall apply where relevant to the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations are unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Luxembourg.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our services and contact us to request account closure.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
No waiver of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
